Armed Field Supervisor

Royce – US Protection Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the safety and security of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in security, law enforcement, or military service. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management and loss prevention while maintaining high standards of surveillance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of security personnel, providing training and support to enhance their skills in conflict management and emergency response.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining professional relationships for effective communication during incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and operational performance for management review.
• Deliver discipline notices to officers on site and be able to handle conflict well.
• De-escalate tense situations professionally.
• This position involves some vehicle repairs and maintenance, such as filling and plugging tires, changing tires, jump starting vehicles, arranging for down vehicles to be towed to a shop or the office, among other tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry, law enforcement, or military background is preferred.
• Must be OPOTA certified, or willing to get certified within 90 days of hire
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on loss prevention strategies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
