Security Officer

Inter-Con is searching for aspiring individuals to join our thriving team of Security Officers. You’ll work as a member of a close team to form the backbone of the broad security services Inter-Con provides its valued clients every day.

Education

• High School degree or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years security or related experience
• Minimum 1 years Security Guard Level 2 or comparable status

Roles/Responsibilities

• Meets requirements of all subordinate security positions
• Activities contribute to customer satisfaction
• Awareness of Client Affiliate location operations, including security procedures,
• policies, and regulations related to the execution of security services at the location
• Able to recognize, analyze and respond to potential threats
• Manages own work priorities and methods
• Executes post orders as directed
• Work with Security Guards Level 1 & 2 to improve performance
• Correctly maintains required documentation, including security logs and billing

information

• Meets the highest professional and ethical standards
• Communicates clearly and concisely (written and oral) complex ideas and instructions
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal guidance
• Draws on previous experiences and consistently seeks and provides improvements
• Demonstrates technical skills and use of tools
• Ability to perform physical tasks
