This is not a static post, this is an active, mobile patrol role where you’ll be driving, walking, observing, and documenting continuously throughout the night.

Schedule
- Overnight shifts required
- Standard shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Shift end times are not guaranteed; officers are expected to stay until all assigned patrols and reports are completed
- Includes weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
Your Night Looks Like…
- Start your shift by checking in with your team for updates on properties, incidents, and priorities
- Conduct a vehicle inspection and ensure all equipment is ready (phone, flashlight, keys, etc.)
- Patrol multiple properties throughout your shift (often 30–40 stops per night)
At each property, you will:
- Notify your team of arrival and begin your patrol
- Exit the vehicle and conduct foot patrols of key areas
- Check for:

- Safety/security issues
- Property damage or tampering
- Unauthorized access or after-hours activity
- Community policy violations
- Complete a vehicle patrol of the property to identify suspicious activity, vehicle break-ins, or loitering
Throughout your shift, you will:
- Write detailed, real-time reports for every property visited
- Use a mobile app for navigation, reporting, and team communication
- Activate and use a body camera while on-site
- Contact emergency services when necessary
After each stop:
- Submit your report
- Notify your team you are clear
- Move immediately to the next property
This is a high-movement, high-accountability role where you will be driving, walking, observing, and reporting continuously for the duration of your shift.

- Tech-comfortable (smartphone apps, reporting tools)
- Military or law enforcement background
Requirements & Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Texas Level II Security License (required)
- Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening
- Working smartphone with data (required for reporting and communication)
- Ability to sit, walk quickly, drive, and remain alert for at least 10 hours
