Job Summary:

Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with policies, and acting as the primary point of contact for security-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations at the assigned site.
• Lead, train, and support security officers to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Monitor security staff schedules, assignments, and performance.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Enforce security protocols and company policies to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Serve as the primary liaison between security personnel, site management, and law enforcement.
• Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and shift logs.
• Provide recommendations to improve security operations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional security or management training is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Security Guard certification/license (as required by state or local regulations).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and act professionally in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in using security equipment and surveillance systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
