Flex Security Officer

We are growing and are looking for experienced security officers to grow with us!

FLEX PROGRAM – you will begin as a flex officer and be invited to interview when a set schedule/opening becomes available. While you are a flex officer you will work at a variety of sites, so no boredom here – and you get to work with multiple Managers throughout the company which gives you great visibility. We ask that you can be scheduled 5 out of 6 days and work any hours from 1500-2300, so this is where the adaptability comes in. You won’t work 6 days, (unless YOU want overtime), but you will be covering open posts so the ability to schedule you when needed is critical.

Our Full Time Flex Officer position is open, and if you are looking for career growth, this is the role you want to occupy! You will work at a variety of sites, so no boredom here – and you get to work with multiple Managers throughout the company which gives you great visibility.

Since you will be trained to drive company vehicles, you must be at least 25 years old, with a clean driving record for the last 5 years.. Some of the main job responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty,including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Security Officer Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
