Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and vigilant Level III & Level IV Commissioned Security Officers to uphold the safety and security of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing expert security services, utilizing advanced surveillance techniques, and responding swiftly to emergencies. Your expertise in law enforcement procedures, physical security measures, and conflict de-escalation will ensure a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Responsibilities
Patrol assigned properties on foot or in a marked or unmarked vehicle. Protect clients, employees, visitors, and company assets.
Monitor entrances, exits, parking lots, and restricted areas. Control access by verifying identification and authorizing entry.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and suspicious activity.
De-escalate conflicts professionally while maintaining a safe environment.
Observe and report safety hazards, policy violations, and criminal activity.
Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs before the end of each shift.
Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
Enforce client policies and company procedures with professionalism and consistency.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and report unusual activity immediately. Conduct scheduled patrols and security checks as required by the client.
Requirements
Valid Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License or Texas Level IV Personal Protection Officer (PPO) License.
Level IV applicants must also possess a current Level III Commissioned License.
Valid Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergency situations.
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, patrol assigned areas, and work in various weather conditions. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
