Freelance SIA Door Supervisor Trainer – £120 Per Day – Luton

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and reliable Freelance SIA Door Supervisor Trainer to deliver the Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry at a training venue in Luton.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity ideal for an experienced SIA trainer looking for additional teaching days alongside existing training or consultancy commitments.

Training dates will be arranged in advance, allowing successful applicants to accept assignments according to their availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Highfield Level 2 Door Supervisor qualification through face-to-face training.
• Teach conflict management and physical intervention modules where appropriately qualified.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments in accordance with awarding body requirements.
• Support learners with examination preparation.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and learner assessment documentation.
• Ensure delivery complies with current SIA and Highfield requirements.
• Cooperate with quality assurance activities when required.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Teaching Qualification: Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), PTLLS or recognised equivalent.
• Security Sector Experience: Verifiable occupational experience meeting SIA requirements.
• Conflict Management: Relevant Level 3 qualification in delivering conflict management training.
• Physical Intervention: Level 3 qualification in delivering physical intervention training, with current annual certification from an approved programme provider.
• CPD: Evidence of ongoing professional development in accordance with current SIA requirements.
• Relevant assessment qualifications or competence for assigned assessment duties.
• Ability to travel reliably to Luton.

Previous experience delivering Highfield SIA qualifications is highly desirable.
