Position Overview
We are seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to provide safety and security services at a medical facility. This position requires strong observational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas of the medical facility.
- Control access to the building, including visitor check-in and badge verification.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter disturbances and unauthorized activity.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations.
- Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general inquiries.
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Coordinate with facility staff and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Enforce site policies and procedures in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Texas Non-Commissioned (Unarmed) Security License (Level II).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous security or healthcare security experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress or emergency situations.
- Clean background and ability to pass drug screening.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
