We are currently recruiting for a Head Door Supervisor to join our existing team to work in a busy pub environment.

This position offers a varied role, managing a team including Searching customers, customer profiling and ID scanning.

Responsibilities & Requirements….
As an employee with Resolve Security you will be the first point of contact for the venue’s guests. You will be required to ensure that they are greeted in the utmost professional and welcoming manner and to provide a great customer experience.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and public in your area) in accordance with the SIA and licensing standards.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Respond professionally and promptly to any incidents that may occur.

Ability to remain calm and composed whilst de-escalating situations.

Experience….
At least 2 years experience is required for this role..
