We are seeking a professional and personable Night Concierge Security Officer to be the first point of contact at our residential site. This role blends front-of-house hospitality with vigilant security duties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and contractors with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor CCTV and conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Control access to the building and maintain visitor logs
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents or emergencies
• Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports
• Dealing with front desk enquiries- releasing parcels, key log.
• Liaise with emergency services when required
• Ensure the front desk and communal areas are presentable at all times
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Report any health and safety risk found

Requirements:.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorised access and identify potential security risks
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to observe activity across all areas
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and reporting suspicious behaviour or thefts
• Respond swiftly to alarms or incidents, providing assistance as needed
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security protocols
• Assist visitors and staff with enquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain detailed incident reports and log activities accurately
• Provide first aid assistance in case of medical emergencies until professional help arrives

Skills

• 3 years minimum experience required
• Valid SIA CCTV license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic IT skills for logging reports and emails
• Previous experience in a hospitality / Security role is preferred.
