Door Supervisor / Concierge Security Officer

Fortress Guarding Services Ltd is seeking a professional, customer-focused Door Supervisor for a front-of-house position at a busy hospitality venue.

This role requires an individual who can provide a welcoming, concierge-style presence to customers while maintaining a safe and secure environment. The successful candidate will be confident, well-presented, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service while acting as a visible security presence.

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.

Previous concierge, front-of-house, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer-facing security experience.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and high standards of personal presentation.

Confident, approachable, and personable manner.

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Physically fit and capable of maintaining a visible security presence throughout the shift.

Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills.

Desirable Skills:

Experience working in a concierge security role.

Experience within high-end hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or guest-facing environments.

Greek language skills would be an advantage due to the venue’s customer demographic.

Ability to build positive relationships with customers while maintaining security standards.

Duties:

Welcoming and assisting customers on arrival.

Providing a professional front-of-house and concierge service.

Monitoring access and maintaining venue security.

Assisting management and staff with customer-related issues.

Managing incidents professionally and proportionately.

Acting as a visible deterrent to anti-social behaviour.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
