Job Description – Security Door Supervisor

As a Security Door Supervisor, you will help maintain a safe and orderly environment within a commercial building. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, observing activity and responding calmly and professionally to any security concerns.

This is a relatively low-activity security role, with opportunities to sit during quieter periods of the shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and control access to the building.
• Observe activities and identify potential security risks.
• Monitor CCTV where required. A separate SIA CCTV licence is not required for this role.
• Report incidents, suspicious activity and security concerns accurately to the appropriate contact.
• Follow site procedures and maintain a professional presence throughout the shift.

Requirements

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• The ability to remain calm, follow procedures and report information accurately.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude.

Speaking Turkish or Persian is an advantage but is not essential.

Pay: £12.00-£17.57 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 per week
