Pay: $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner

* Maintain a visible security presence throughout the store

* Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe environment

* Monitor store activity and identify potential security concerns

* Respond to incidents professionally and effectively

* Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports

* Act as a brand ambassador for both the client and Logixx Security

* Support loss prevention and emergency response procedures

Qualifications & Skills

* Valid BC Security Worker Licence

* Exceptional communication and customer service skills

* Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution abilities

* Professional appearance and demeanor (suit-and-tie environment)

* Previous retail, luxury retail, concierge, hospitality, or security experience preferred

* Strong observational and situational awareness skills

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

* Understanding of emergency response and incident management procedures

* Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment

Work Locations & Hours

Rodeo Drive Luxury Retail Location

855 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC

Hours:

* Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Potential Sunday shifts during June and July for special events)

* Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( Potential Monday shifts during June and July for special events)
