Security Guard (Full Time)

G Force is seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Guard (Full Time) to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This dynamic role involves monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and preventing loss or theft through attentive observation and prompt response. As a key member of our security team, you will uphold a safe environment by implementing security protocols, utilizing surveillance technology, and maintaining detailed records. Your dedication will help foster a secure atmosphere where everyone can work confidently and comfortably.

Duties

• Monitor and control access to the facility for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry only.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee all critical areas and detect suspicious activity.
• Perform routine patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening when necessary.
• Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by communicating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and patrols for accountability and reporting purposes.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to uphold a secure environment for all personnel.

Experience

• Previous experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and monitoring procedures.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices for deterring theft or vandalism.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Strong observational skills combined with excellent communication abilities to report incidents clearly and accurately.
• Certification in security operations or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary licenses is expected.
