Job Description

Window Guard is looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our growing team of security professionals in the GTA. In this role, you will respond to client inquiries, guide customers in selecting the most suitable products, and conduct on-site visits to homes and businesses to provide accurate and professional quotes.

This is a full-time position ideal for an individual who enjoys engaging with clients, excels at problem-solving, and demonstrates a strong aptitude for sales.

Window Guard is a locally owned and operated home and business security company serving the Greater Toronto Area. Our team is made up of licensed technicians and installers who specialize in:

  • Security and reinforced glass films
  • Heavy‑duty locks and security plates
  • Window bars and other physical deterrents
  • High‑definition security cameras and related hardware

Responsibilities

  • Answer client phone calls, listen to their needs, and recommend them the best product that fits their situation in a professional manner.
  • Complete quotes by visiting customers at their home or workplace, ensuring great customer service skills and accurate measurement taking.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth installation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • A valid G driver’s license.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.

  • Job type: Full‑time
  • Work location: On site at customer locations across the Greater Toronto Area (travel required)
  • Pay: Percentage (commission)

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
