Security Guard/ elevator security

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Concierge Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of property and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
• Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism risks and implementing preventive measures.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and law enforcement personnel.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• A valid security guard license may be required based on local regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
