Summary

‘We are seeking a dedicated House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our security and investigation services. Based in Ontario, this role is vital in maintaining high standards of safety, coordination, and team leadership to support our mission of protecting communities.’
‘Responsibilities’
‘• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective service delivery.

• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and operational activities.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.’

‘Qualifications’
‘• Proven experience in team management and supervision within a security or related environment.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with time management expertise.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives is preferred.’

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
