Job Position: Full-Time Security Site Supervisor

Location: GTA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-Time) with extended hours when needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• 
  Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security or a related field
• 
  Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
• 
  Valid Ontario Driver’s License (mandatory)
• 
  CPR and First Aid Certification from a WSIB-approved provider
• 
  Use of Force Certification (Preferred)
• 
  Clear Criminal Background Check (Mandatory)
• Strong background in loss prevention, surveillance, and CCTV monitoring (Mandatory)
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
• Professional, dependable, and committed to team leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Professional Customer Service: Deliver courteous and proactive service to clients and the public.
• 
  Site Security: Conduct regular patrols to ensure site security and address potential risks.
• 
  Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• 
  Communication: Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in written reports.
• 
  Emergency Response: Respond promptly and efficiently to security incidents and emergencies.
• 
  Work Ethics: Uphold professionalism, integrity, and high standards at all times.
