Security Guard (Full Time)

Job Overview

As a full-time Security Guard, you will help maintain a safe, orderly environment through attentive observation, visible presence, and prompt, professional responses. You will support loss prevention by identifying concerns early, following established procedures, and communicating clearly with colleagues and visitors. This role suits someone who remains calm, alert, and respectful while carrying out routine security duties. Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas through regular patrols and surveillance, noting unusual activity and potential safety concerns.
• Observe CCTV feeds, report relevant incidents, and preserve accurate, timely records of observations and actions.
• Respond calmly to incidents, provide clear directions, and escalate concerns through appropriate channels.
• Support loss prevention by following site procedures and coordinating with colleagues to protect people and property.

Skills

Required: Practical observation, clear communication, sound judgment, and accurate recordkeeping are essential for patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and effective coordination. Preferred: Related security, surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience can strengthen your ability to recognize concerns, follow procedures, and contribute to a dependable, professional security presence.
