URGENT HIRING: Bouncer / Event Security Guard – Brampton & GTA

Location: Brampton and surrounding GTA locations

Schedule: Evenings, late nights and weekends, Weekdays

Jason’s Security Inc. is urgently hiring experienced, physically fit bouncers and event security guards with a strong, confident presence and excellent customer service skills.

Assignments include banquet halls, event centres, private functions and nightlife venues. Good hours and long shifts are available, depending on assignment schedules and your availability. Candidates available to start immediately are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Check identification, tickets and guest lists according to venue procedures.

• Manage entrances, lineups and crowd movement.

• Provide respectful, professional customer service to guests and venue staff.

• Patrol the venue and report safety concerns or disruptive behaviour.

• Use communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts.

• Support venue management with entry refusals and requests for guests to leave, following site procedures and training.

• Keep entrances, exits and emergency routes clear.

• Communicate with supervisors and complete accurate incident reports.

• Remain alert and maintain a professional appearance throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

• Previous bouncer, nightclub, banquet hall or event security experience.

• Physical stamina to stand and patrol during long shifts, with scheduled breaks.

• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.

• A confident presence, sound judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation to assigned sites.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, late nights and extended shifts.

• Smart Serve certification is an asset.
