Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Tactical Security Guard to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets, aligning with our mission to provide exceptional protection services.
Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools.
• Enforce security policies and procedures effectively.
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary to assist injured individuals.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations.
• Manage conflicts professionally to de-escalate situations.
• Prevent loss through vigilant observation and proactive measures.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles.
• Valid first aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV, and loss prevention techniques.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
