Security Personnel -Mobile Patrol – Part-time/Full-time

We are hiring dependable and motivated Mobile Patrol Security Officers to support safety operations across multiple client sites in Calgary.

This role involves conducting scheduled mobile patrols, responding to alarms or site issues, completing clear documentation, and maintaining consistent communication with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular mobile patrols across assigned routes using a company or personal vehicle.
• Conduct exterior and interior checks (when required) to ensure property safety and security.
• Observe, identify, and report safety or security concerns in a timely manner.
• Complete clear written notes and detailed mobile patrol activity reports.
• Respond to alarms, site issues, or access control needs when dispatched.
• Interact professionally with clients, residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Follow all company procedures, site instructions, and route requirements.
• Maintain high alertness and professional conduct throughout the shift.
• Use provided mobile applications (GPS, report systems, photos/videos) to document all patrols accurately.
• Ensure safe driving practices and care of assigned vehicle/equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Alberta Security License (or actively obtaining one).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing site needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
