NOW HIRING – WEEKEND OVERNIGHT CONCIERGE

Location: Calgary, Alberta
Position: Weekend Overnight Concierge
Schedule: Overnight weekend shifts

We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented Weekend Overnight Concierge to join our team at a residential condominium property in Calgary.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, approachable, comfortable working independently overnight, and able to maintain a professional presence throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Monitor building security, common areas, and security cameras.
• Manage resident, visitor, contractor, and delivery access.
• Conduct regular building patrols.
• Assist with deliveries, resident inquiries, and building-related requests.
• Document incidents, activities, and important information during the shift.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, security concerns, or other building issues.
• Communicate important information to management and incoming staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional concierge desk.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Is

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents and management.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic building/security systems.
• Able to remain calm and professional in unexpected situations.
• Detail-oriented and able to complete accurate reports.

Previous experience in concierge services, security, hospitality, customer service, or condominium operations is considered an asset but is not required.
