Deja Vu Showgirls, a nationally recognized leader in adult entertainment, is seeking a professional and vigilant Security Team Member to help maintain a safe, respectful, and high-energy environment for both guests and staff. As a key part of our front-line operations, you will ensure that all patrons follow club policies while upholding our standards for safety and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and verify age and ID at the entrance in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor guest behavior throughout the club and proactively de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Enforce club policies, dress codes, and conduct expectations to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Escort guests or individuals from the premises when required, using appropriate discretion and professionalism.
• Conduct floor checks, bathroom sweeps, and routine walk-throughs to ensure security presence is visible and effective.
• Assist entertainers and staff with any safety concerns or incidents that arise during shifts.
• Work closely with management to report incidents, complete security logs, and maintain proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, medical situations, or altercations with calm and control.

Requirements

• Prior security or nightlife experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid California Guard Card (required before hire).
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong observational and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be comfortable working in an adult entertainment venue with professionalism and discretion.
• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to ensuring guest and staff safety.
