Site Description: One Queen Street East is a unique 503,000-square-foot complex that harmoniously blends Toronto’s storied past with cutting-edge design. This remarkable property consists of two distinct buildings, seamlessly connected by a five-story glass atrium that serves as both a physical and architectural bridge between eras.

• Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Manage building access cards, including issuing, replacing, and updating credentials.
• Verify identities, appointments, and access permissions.
• Monitor and respond to emails, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks.
• Coordinate visitor access, after-hours entry, and VIP visits following established procedures.
• Manage mail, packages, deliveries, and courier requests.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report security concerns or suspicious activity.
• Assist tenants with building access services, including mobile access and bike cage registration.
• Maintain the lobby area, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide general support to building management and security operations as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with C-CURE, ANGUS, or similar access control systems is an asset.
• Highly professional with strong attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of security procedures and access control practices is an asset.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
