Security Guard

DQS is hiring dependable and safety-focused Security Guard Associates for a busy operation. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and maintaining a safe environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do as a Security Guard:

• Patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure and safe environment
• Conduct routine security checks throughout the location
• Monitor compliance with site safety procedures and report concerns
• Verify identification and authorize access to designated areas
• Document and report incidents, suspicious activity, or safety concerns to management and local law enforcement when necessary
• Collect and manage vehicle keys throughout the yard (this is a primary responsibility of the role)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements for Security Guard:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for use during work hours
• Previous security, yard operations, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods
