ARMED ESTATE & PRIVATE SCHOOL OFFICER

Close Range International Inc. is interviewing experienced, Armed Security Officers for Estate Security in the Beverly Hills area and part-time at a Private School in West Hollywood. .

Estate Security Experience is required, as are good references.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per Hour

Requirements:

-US Citizen or Lawful Resident with the ability

-Valid BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearms Card, CPR/FIRST AID/AED Certified

-Must own Your Own Weapon

-Ability to pass a Background Check

-Prior Military experience is preferred

-No Felony Arrests/Convictions

– Some 12- Hour Shifts (7:00pm-7:00am AND 7:00pm-7:00am) OT Paid.

-Ability to work Weekends & Holidays MANDATORY

-Valid CA Driver License or CA ID Card

-Reliable Transportation-If on public transport, do not apply

Summary

As an Armed Estate Security Officer, you will be entrusted with maintaining the safety and security of the estate premises and also armed security for a private school. With core skills in security and conflict management, you will be responsible for monitoring and addressing any security threats or breaches effectively. Your premium skills in first aid and CPR, law enforcement and surveillance, will be valuable in responding to emergencies and ensuring the well-being of individuals on the property. Additionally, your relevant skills in CCTV and loss prevention will aid in preventing and mitigating security risks. Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the security and safety of the estate.
• Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and investigate disturbances.
• Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor premises and identify security risks.
• Implement conflict management techniques to resolve issues peacefully and professionally.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, utilizing relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with law enforcement if needed and assist in enforcing estate security protocols.
