Who We’re Looking For

The candidate we’re hiring has already operated in environments where the stakes were real, the standards were non-negotiable, and the team around them ran at a level they trusted. That background takes several forms:

• 3+ years of close or executive protection with high-net-worth individuals, domestic and international
• Law enforcement with 5+ years of service and direct experience in executive, dignitary, or VIP protection
• Military service — special forces, special operations, or equivalent — with diplomatic security, overseas protective, or PSD experience
• Overseas contract security in high-threat environments: PSD, embassy protection, or principal-facing Private Military Contractor work

Your Mission

Our hybrid agents are not attached to a single environment — they’re attached to the principal. From residential assignments to close protection in the field, advance work, international travel, and touring, they operate across every environment the client moves through, at the same standard in all of them.

• Residential estate posts requiring sustained vigilance and discretion
• Close protection details — mobile, field, and event-based
• Domestic and international travel with the principal
• Advance work, route planning, and coordination with the security team
• Incident response and seamless execution of security protocols

What You Bring

• Current CA BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit and Guard Card
• Valid U.S. passport and clean driving record
• 3+ years of demonstrated close or executive protection experience with high-net-worth principals
• Composure and decisive judgment in dynamic, high-stakes environments
• Command presence and polished client-facing professionalism — this is a principal-facing role at every assignment
• Tactical firearms proficiency; training in defensive driving, emergency medicine, or advanced defensive tactics is a strong advantage
• The ability to operate independently and integrate seamlessly into an existing security team
• Availability for 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts across residential and field assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice deployments
• CCW or LEOSA required

Compensation & Growth
