Security Supervisor

Iron Horse Security is currently hiring a Bilingual Security Supervisor for a prestigious Crown Corporation site operating within a high-security environment. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and dependable individual who can confidently lead a team while maintaining exceptional service standards.

This is a full-time leadership opportunity with stable weekday hours and long-term career growth potential.

Schedule:

The available position will follow a PERMANENT full-time schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM TO 3:00 PM ( 40 HOURS PER WEEK)

Job Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Supervise and support security personnel on site
• Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
• Complete daily reports and documentation
• Liaise with site management and stakeholders
• Conduct patrols and oversee access control operations

Required Certifications:

• Must be fully bilingual in English and French
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security required
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Secret Government Security Clearance
• Valid Security Guard Licence required or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work in a high-security environment

Required Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management role required
• Experience in customer service, security, hospitality, or client-facing environments preferred
• Experience working in a professional or high-security environment is considered an asset
• Prior security industry experience preferred but not mandatory
• Experience handling incidents, conflict resolution, and emergency situations is an asset

Mandatory Requirements

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Secret Government Security Clearance
• Must possess a valid Security Guard Licence or be able to obtain one
