Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Gatehouse/Golf Cart Patrol Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact at our security gatehouse. In this critical role, you will oversee access control for visitors, contractors, and employees—ensuring that our security perimeter is strictly maintained and that only authorized individuals are granted access.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage gatehouse access control operations while maintaining strict security protocols.
• Accurately document all visitor logs, incidents, and daily reports in accordance with company policy.
• Communicate effectively with the on-site security team and management regarding any security issues or recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all gatehouse interactions, upholding our professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing security training to stay current with evolving best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• Valid D-License Security Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Proven experience in gatehouse or related security roles.
• Excellent observational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with modern security systems and technologies.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in real-time situations.
• Flexible to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Spanish proficiency required to support communication with a diverse population.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Day, evening, night, and overnight rotations
• Weekends as needed
