Overview
We are seeking energetic and vigilant Security Officers to join our team in South Miami. In this role, you will be the frontline protector of our clients’ premises, ensuring safety through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and adherence to security protocols. Your dedication will help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems and other security technology to identify suspicious activity
• Manage access control by verifying credentials of contractors and vendors
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies with appropriate action and communication
• Enforce safety policies and resolve conflicts through effective conflict management techniques
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly preferred
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention strategies
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with security protocols including access control, CCTV monitoring, and loss prevention techniques

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
