High Rise Security Site Supervisor (Fort Worth)

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 0600-1400

Management experience required!

Pay: $20.50/Hourly

Site Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account. Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required. Security Site Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements: – Previous contract security, facilities management, military or law enforcement – At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience – Meet and maintain all licensing requirements for Security Officers including passing a Criminal Background Check as required by the Texas PSB. – Ability to build and maintain customer relationships – Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to work independently – Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis – Open availability (able to work any days or any shift) – Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred. – Able to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing – Customer service orientation, personable and friendly – Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crisis situations – Critical thinking and sound judgment – Visual acuity and hearing ability to observe and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources – Ability to perform general physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and/or moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, sitting, standing for long periods of time, and handling of materials.
