What We Are Looking For?

We are seeking experienced, dedicated, and personable Concierge Officers to join a prestigious development in Shad Thames, London. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day building operations effectively. You should be proactive, approachable, and able to handle resident queries efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Concierge Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the building to a high standard and ensuring its smooth daily operations. Acting as the first point of contact for residents and leaseholders, you will provide assistance with inquiries, monitor security, and uphold the overall management of the development. Additionally, you will serve as the company’s on-site representative, ensuring the building’s needs are met and delivering a seamless experience for all residents.

• Building Management: Independently oversee the building, including regular inspections, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Visitor & Parking Oversight: Monitor visitor processes and on-site parking, addressing any issues as they arise.
• Maintenance Coordination: Manage routine servicing, minor repairs, cleaning tasks, and oversee contractor performance when necessary.
• Administrative Support & Emergency Response: Assist with administrative tasks and serve as the point of contact for any after-hours emergencies.
