Security Officer – Virginia Water

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional SIA-licensed Security Guard to join the night shift security team at a prestigious private residential estate in Virginia Water.

The Role

You will provide overnight security across a 24-acre luxury residential estate, ensuring the safety of residents, visitors and property. Duties include:

• Regular estate patrols

• Monitoring CCTV systems

• Controlling access and visitor entry

• Responding to alarms and emergencies

• Completing detailed shift reports

• Acting as the out-of-hours point of contact for residents

This is an active role requiring vigilance, professionalism and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Valid SIA Security Guard Licence (essential)

• Minimum 2 years’ security experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confident using CCTV systems

• Calm, professional manner

• Strong attention to detail and report writing skills

• Reliable with excellent timekeeping

Residential estate experience is desirable but not essential.
