Security Officer

QRV Security is currently recruiting professional Security Officers to join our growing team in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and maintain awareness of all activity within the premises
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security standards are maintained
• Prevent unauthorised access and enforce access control procedures
• Identify and report suspicious behaviour or security risks
• Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Provide a professional presence to deter potential security threats
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents
• Ensure the safety of residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guard)
• Previous experience in security is preferred but not essential
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Desirable Skills

• First Aid certification
• CCTV experience
• Background in security, military, or law enforcement
• Experience working in residential or corporate environments

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
