Job Overview

A luxury residential property is seeking a professional and customer-focused Security Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role requires a balance of security awareness, access control, and white-glove customer service within a high-end residential environment.

The Security Attendant is responsible for maintaining the safety, organization, and professionalism of the community entrance while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls, take detailed messages, and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate logs of guest entries, incidents, and daily activity
• Communicate any safety concerns, irregularities, or incidents to security leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional gatehouse and desk area

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a polished and approachable demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with BuildingLink or similar residential management software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to resolve resident and guest issues calmly and effectively
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury residential, gated communities, condominiums, or hospitality
• Security or gatehouse experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Hebrew)
