Armed Security Guard [PT-GRAVE]

WGS Group is currently seeking a qualified Armed Security Officer to work graveyard shifts at a licensed cannabis facility in Hollister, CA.

Shift Schedule:

• Friday & Saturday
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM [8H + 1H OT]

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid California Guard Card
• Exposed Firearm Permit
• Must possess a proper duty weapon and holster

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Optional): Certifications for less-lethal tools such as:

• OC (pepper spray)
• Baton
• Taser

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure and safe environment for staff and property
• Monitor premises and respond to incidents as needed
• Enforce site rules and report suspicious activity
• Remain alert and and vigilant at all times.

Professionalism, reliability, and strong situational awareness are essential for this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
