Unarmed Tier2 Security Specialist

Overview
We are looking for Officers to work the 03:30pm-12:00am shift in the San Francisco and peninsula Areas. Must be able to work both areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor retail premises
• Conduct regular patrols of the store maintain safety and security
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, employing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
• Document all activities accurately through detailed report writing and incident logs
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or fraudulent behavior
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety

Qualifications

• Valid BSIS Guard card
• Valid BSIS Baton permit
• OC Pepper Spray/ Chemical Agents Certification
• 4years of applicable Security experience or
• Prior experience in law enforcement, Military, or related fields is highly desirable
• Strong surveillance skills
• Knowledge of criminal investigation techniques and loss prevention strategies
• Excellent report writing abilities with attention to detail
• Proven conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
