Position Title: Retail Security/ Loss Prevention (Level 2)

Location: San Francisco/Millbrae/Redwood City CA

Wage: Starting at $32.00 per hour

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION: Provide uniformed security services at our client’s retail facilities, while providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high level security services for our retail customers in locations requiring specialized training and experience
• Enforce retail customer store policies
• Enforce loss prevention policies
• Complete detailed incident reports related to security events
• Maintain the well being of the general public, customers and employees

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS
• Four (4) years minimum of security services experience or Law Enforcement and Military Police training is Accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English in normal, urgent and emergency situations.
• Demonstrated ability to write detailed incident reports that effectively document all critical facts and actions related to duties being performed.
• Ability and willingness to complete and pass Triton’s proprietary Tier 2 Security Service program. (4 day classroom instruction and training)
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
• Ability to demonstrate strong authority and leadership skills
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• California Guard Card issued through BSIS
• Baton Permit
• OC Certificate
• Ability to legally work in the US
• Ability to pass extensive background check, including drug testing.
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to work all shifts and weekend/holidays

Upon successful completion of the background, job offers will be made and initial training will be scheduled.
