Tier 1 Security Specialist –

We are seeking a Tier 1 Security Specialist to provide professional, uniformed security services at a retail facility. This role requires a strong customer service mindset while ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Compensation & Hours

• Starting Pay: $20 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 hrs

Minimum Requirements

• California Guard Card issued by BSIS
• Entry level to years of security experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service experience: Entry level
• Security experience: Entry Level
• Valid Driver’s License

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Remain alert, vigilant, and responsive to security incidents
• Monitor and patrol retail store premises, enforcing site policies
• Observe, report, and document incidents accurately
• Maintain electronic logs per company policy
• Deter theft and unauthorized activity through visible security presence
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols
• Call for assistance when necessary to mitigate security risks
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OUTSIDE

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing, walking, and patrolling
• Ability to climb stairs
• Capability to work in various indoor retail environments
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
