Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises using CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches
• Monitor security cameras and surveillance equipment to ensure continuous observation of critical areas
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when necessary
• Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Enforce security policies by conducting conflict management and loss prevention procedures as needed
• Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations to assist injured individuals until professional help arrives
• Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports and logs for future reference and investigations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or military service is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and other security technology tools
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols
• Ability to perform physical patrols that involve standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
• Prior experience with CCTV monitoring, security operations, or law enforcement enhances suitability for this role
