Job Title: Event Security & Logistics Specialist (High-Profile Events)

Status: Part-time 4:00 pm – 2:00 am (or later) Mondays and Wednesdays
Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Location: Lafayette, CA

The Opportunity

PrideStaff is seeking a highly sophisticated Event Security & Logistics Specialist to support premier, high-profile events. This is a "Tier 1" security role that combines physical event setup, tactical site hardening, and elite professional presence.

Our client provides security for world-class corporate summits, private celebrity estates, and high-net-worth gatherings. We are looking for candidates who can bridge the gap between heavy-duty logistics and concierge-level protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site walkthroughs at luxury venues to identify vulnerabilities, map out motorcade arrival/departure routes
• Act as a polished point of contact for event producers, high-profile entourages.
• Ensure all emergency egress routes are maintained and that medical/safety equipment is strategically staged and accessible.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in Tactical Event Logistics, or High-Profile Security.
• Must maintain a "Concierge Security" appearance. The ability to transition from a "hands-on" setup role to a formal, suited environment is essential.
• This is a dual-threat role. Candidates must be able to lead the physical labor of setup (lifting equipment/infrastructure) and remain on foot for extended periods during live execution.
• Active California Guard Card. (Additional certifications in Risk Assessment or First Aid/CPR are highly valued).
