What You’ll Do

As an Independent Financial Professional, you’ll help individuals, families, and business owners:

• Protect their loved ones through life insurance with Living Benefits
• Prepare for retirement and long-term financial security
• Build wealth and protect their hard-earned assets
• Make informed financial decisions through education—not pressure

In addition to serving clients, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, creating long-term residual income and leadership opportunities.

Training & Support:

• Step-by-step training (insurance basics, sales skills, systems, and compliance)
• Ongoing mentorship and coaching
• Licensing guidance for the state of CA.
• Remote systems and tools provided

Work Schedule & Location:

• 90% remote / work from home
• Flexible hours (part-time or full-time based on your availability)
• Ideal for parents managing childcare, school schedules, or household responsibilities

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay (1099 independent contractor role)
• Paid directly by insurance carriers after appointment
• Income is performance-based; no income cap
• No base salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits

Licensing & Compliance (Important):

• This is a self-employed, independent contractor position, not an employee role
• Candidates must obtain and maintain a valid Life Insurance Producer License in their resident state prior to selling
• We are unable to guarantee earnings
• Not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of California
