Job Overview

We are looking for reliable,professional Unarmed Security Guards to provide security at a busy cannabis dispensary in San Francisco.

This position is primaarily about being present,professional,alert, and providing a safe environment for our employees and customers. We are looking for people who are dependable, respectful, and understand the importance of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visisble security presence inside and around the dispensary
• Monitor the entrance and help maintain a safe, orderly environment
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report concerns appropriately
• Follow dispensary policies and security procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispensary staff
• Respond appropriately to incidents and contact management or emergency services when necessary
• Complete basic security logs/reports when required

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card
• Previos security experience preferred
• Cannabis dispensary or retail experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy retail environment
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers
• Must be able to stand and remain attentive for extended periods

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
