Position Overview:

We are seeking highly professional Security Officers to support a premier corporate client. This is not a traditional guard role—our officers’ serve as ambassadors of safety, professionalism, and client experience within a high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Alway deliver a professional and welcoming presence
• Manage access control and verify credentials with confidence and courtesy
• Monitor Building Access, CCTV, and alarm systems to proactively identify risks
• Control entry of employees, visitors and vendors
• Conduct routine patrols of the buildings, property and parking areas with strong situational awareness.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies with calm, decisive action.
• May enforce regulations pertaining to personnel and visitors
• Produce clear, detailed, and professional reports
• Maintains and displays good public relations skills when interacting with visitors and staff
• Provide information regarding the facilities and surrounding areas as requested by visitors
• Produce clear, detailed, and professional reports and logs
• Build trust with clients, employees, and visitors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to speak, read and write English clearly and professionally
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Basic technology proficiency (Reporting Systems, Access Control Platforms, etc.)
• An effective communicator, capable of resolving how best to reach different audiences and performing communications based on that understanding.
• Flexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.

Shift availability: The corporate complex operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 3 standard 8-hour shifts per day that cover week and weekend days.
