Security Officer — $250 Hiring Bonus

Bastion Security Services is seeking dependable Security Officers to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their property, and the communities we serve.

Shift

· Day, Swing shift and Graveyard shift available

Job Requirements

· Valid Guard Card required

· Vaccination required

· Ability to stay calm, levelheaded, and respond quickly in stressful situations

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

· Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

Job Duties

· Observe and report activity around the property

· Patrol and check areas of interest as directed by the client

· Identify potential security risks and report them promptly

· Complete activity reports and incident reports using a smartphone

· Respond to emergencies or incidents and report them according to company procedures

Position Details

· Job Type: Full-time

· Pay: $20 per hour

· Experience Level: 1 year or less than 1 year

· Schedule: 8-hour shift; afternoon and night shifts available

· Work Location: In person
