Parking Enforcement Officer

We are a growing private parking enforcement company seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to oversee and enforce parking regulations on private properties throughout downtown Toronto.

This role is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented professional who understands municipal enforcement standards and can represent our company with professionalism and authority.

Requirements

• Valid MLEO Certification
• Valid Ontario driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
• Strong understanding of Ontario parking bylaws and private lot enforcement
• Ability to issue and process parking infraction notices
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Clean criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned private parking lots
• Enforce posted parking regulations
• Issue parking infraction notices
• Document violations with proper evidence
• Respond to property manager requests
• Prepare enforcement reports
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous parking enforcement experience
• Knowledge of local municipal ticketing procedures
• Conflict de-escalation training
• Familiarity with handheld enforcement devices / citation software
