About the Role

We’re looking for Concierge Security Officers who can deliver top-tier security and exceptional customer service. This is not just a security job—it’s about being the first point of contact, the calm in the storm, and the professional presence that makes residents and guests feel secure and respected.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and protect clients, property, and assigned sites
• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism
• Provide clear information and responsive customer service
• Act as a visible deterrent to unwanted activity
• Respond promptly to incidents and document reports accurately

What We’re Looking For

✔ High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
✔ Prior security or concierge/customer service experience (training provided)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
✔ Guard Card eligibility (or already licensed)
✔ Pass background check and drug screening
✔ Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
✔ Professional appearance and demeanor
