Join our dynamic security team as a Doorman at Renegade Country, where your vigilance and dedication will play a vital role in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in security operations, surveillance, and conflict management within a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach will ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders while supporting the overall mission of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Verify all patrons entering the establishment have a valid ID and are 21 and up
• Collect cover charge when at the door checking ID’s
• Use customer counter to not exceed over capacity
• Act as inside doorman monitoring crowd and dance floor
• work side by side with all staff keeping venue clean and remove cocktails and bottles througout the course of the night
• working side by side with owner and management
• maintain a very very friendly and welcoming behavior to all our customers
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, applying conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential issues.
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency responders arrive.
• Certifications in RBS and Door Guard Card
• Familiarity with conflict management techniques and experience handling high-pressure situations effectively.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
