Multiple Locations: San Diego, Escondido, Fallbrook, Corona

Responsibilities
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and enforce rules
- Handle disturbances or emergencies in a calm, professional manner
- Prevent unauthorized access and enforce event protocols
- Assist with crowd control, guest directions, and general support
- Maintain communication with event staff and emergency responders as needed
- Control access points at the venue
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (California Security Guard License)
- Prior experience in event or venue security (preferred)
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
- High level of integrity, situational awareness, and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue
- Must pass a background check
